Jim Daggs is the Pastor of Adult Ministries at NorthCreek Church. We asked him a few questions and below are his answers.

How long have you been on staff at NCC?
I joined the staff in September 2007.

What is your Education?
Following high school, I was trained in nuclear reactor theory and operations by the U.S. Navy. I do not hold a bachelor's degree but received an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Tell us abour your family.
I married my lovely wife, Jamie, in September 1981 and we have three children - Josh, Ryan, and Taryn.

Why are you on staff?
After praying about the possibility of serving the Lord vocationally for 27 years, He marvelously opened the door for me to move from Southern California to join the NorthCreek family. My cup runneth over!

What is your favorite song?
As a former worship leader, it's tough to narrow it down to one. At the moment, 'The Power of the Cross' by Keith Getty and Stuart Townend.

What do you do in your free time?
My favorite hobbies are golf and fishing, neither of which I do very often. I like to spend time my wife and family and also playing racquetball, softball, and other sports.

What is your favorite verse, book, or passage?
I'm going to cheat and give you one of each.
Verse - 2 Corinthians 5:21.
Book - I've really grown to love the book of Hebrews.
Passage - Ephesians 1:3-14

Favorite Bible author?
While grateful to the Spirit for all of it, I really appreciate
David's heart and Paul's theology.
