Bookstore Return Policy

Returns:
You may return most items sold by NorthCreek Books and NorthCreek Church within 30 days of delivery for a full refund with receipt.

Full Refunds may be issued for the following items:

  • The item(s) are returned within 30 days purchase.
  • The item(s) are in the original new condition, as initially sold.


Partial Refunds may be issued for the following items:

  • The item(s) are returned more than 30 days purchase.
  • The item(s) are returned without a receipt.
  • Any item(s) that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item(s) not returned in the condition it was received.


Purchases made on a credit or debit card will be credited back to that card.  Purchases made with cash less than $25 will be given in cash, if available.  Purchases over $25 will be mailed in the form of a check within 7 days.

Refunds may not be issued for the following items:

  • The item(s) are returned more than 90 days purchase.
  • The item(s) are returned in a damaged state.  The decision to enforce this policy is made by the Bookstore Manager or cashiers.
  • Any CD, Cassette tape, DVD, VHS tape and/or software that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap, or showing a broken seal. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, we will give a direct replacement.)
  • Any special ordered item(s).


Exchanges:
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, stop by the Bookstore to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.

Shipping:
NorthCreek Books does not currently provide shipping. All purchased items must be picked up in the Bookstore during normal business hours.
