Mission:
The mission for our Senior Adult Ministries at NorthCreek Church includes the following goals:

• Providing events that bring senior adults from our church and community together for Christian fellowship and enriching experiences.
• Serve as an outreach to senior adults in order that they hear the claims of Christ.
• Promote spiritual growth and support for those who attend our events.
• Stimulate involvement and service in NorthCreek Church.

Strategy:

• Urgent Care – Working through a “Triage System” to provide a ministry of care to those with serious health issues, serious injury, and/or death.

• Benevolent Care – Providing benevolent assistance to those in need from the Benevolent Fund under guidelines from the Elders.

• Food Pantry – Providing food to those in need which is collected from food donations at our church and from the local Food Bank.

• Prayer Page - Weekly publication of prayer requests seeking prayer support from our congregation.

• Prayer Chain – Urgent prayer requests communicated to prayer supporters through phone contact.

• VIPS – Volunteer team of people ministering to those who are homebound.

• SIDE by SIDE – A ministry of support to those who are impacted by cancer.

• Caring Corps – Comprised of several teams of people who serve an “on-call” basis to assist with auto repair, financial advice, food service, home repair, moving assistance, and transportation.

• Caring Projects – Volunteer teams who assist with projects pertaining to special needs.
