Ladies Day Away 2019CLick Here to Register

May 11 | NorthCreek Church | 9 am - 4 pm |

We are thrilled to be welcoming renowned speaker and author Nancy Guthrie as our speaker at Ladies Day Away!

Nancy Guthrie teaches the Bible at her home church, Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Franklin, Tennessee, as well as at conferences around the country and internationally, and through books and DVDs in the Seeing Jesus in the Old Testament series. She is a regular contributor to The Gospel Coalition including hosting the “Help Me Teach the Bible” podcast. She offers companionship and biblical insight to the grieving through Respite Retreats that she and her husband, David, host for couples who have faced the death of child. Her newest book Even Better than Eden was released in the summer.

The theme for this year’s Ladies Day Away is “Even Better than Eden”. Nancy will trace themes throughout the Bible, revealing how God’s plan for the new creation will be far more glorious than the original!

We also are excited to offer one optional lunchtime session for those women who enjoy a “working lunch”. Our lunchtime session is entitled “God’s Care for Women”, with teacher Sara Fitch. Since the beginning, the curse has brought brokenness to some of women’s most precious relationships– the ones within her home. But in the midst of the “thistles and thorns” she experiences, God has had a special eye on women, drawing near to them in their pain, frustrations, and disappointments. No matter what season of life you are in, come be encouraged to see how in Scripture, God has heard women, cared for women and drawn near to women through their most difficult moments. Space is limited, and is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Don’t miss this opportunity to spend the day away with a sister, enjoying fellowship and teaching from a woman who has a passion for engaging in scripture as it relates to everyday life.

Ladies Day Away will be profitable for women and girls from junior high and up. Visit our registration page HERE  for more information and to register.
