Dr. Jon McNeff
Dr. Jon McNeff is the Senior Pastor at NorthCreek Church and holds a Doctorate of Ministry and a Masters of Divinity from the Talbot School of Theology. He graduated with a B.A. from California State University Long Beach, was the Pastor of Congregational Care at Rolling Hills Covenant Church, and the Senior Pastor at Cypress Park Community Church. Jon has served in pastoral ministry for over 30 years.

Mr. Steve Mawhorter serves at NorthCreek Church as the Director of Adult Ministries and Biblical Counseling. Steve holds a B.S. from California State University Long Beach, and an M.A. in Biblical Counseling from The Master’s College. He has obtained his counseling certification through the International Association of Biblical Counseling (IABC), and currently serves as the Association’s Regional Mentor and State Coordinator. Steve has extensive experience teaching Biblical Counseling both locally and internationally, which has been fleshed out in continual counseling over the past nine years of ministry at NorthCreek Church.

 Mr. Kent Dresdow
Mr. Kent Dresdow is the Pastor of Adult Ministries at NorthCreek Church. He holds a B.S. from The Master's College, a Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Ministries and a Masters of Theology in Old Testament from The Master’s Seminary. He is currently completing a Doctorate of Ministry in Preaching from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Before coming to NorthCreek, Kent served at The Master’s College as the Associate Dean of Students. Kent has a desire to reclaim Biblical training for the local church in this area.
