Our Men's Retreat is coming up on Friday-Saturday, April 25-26, at the Courtyard Marriott in downtown San Francisco. Jim Daggs, our Adult Ministries Pastor, will be speaking on the life of the Apostle Peter. Jim will show us how much of our lives as men is reflected in Peter's, and how Christ's work of transformation in Peter can be replicated in our own.

Small group discussion will follow the teaching in order to drive home the truth taught. And of course there will be time to hang out with other men, catch up on much needed rest, and enjoy some extra time to be alone with the Lord.

Another highlight of this year's retreat is that at the end of our final session on Saturday afternoon, we will walk down 2nd Street to AT&T Ballpark to catch the Giants game that night. It's a rare Saturday night 6:00 p.m. start, so we can still return home afterwards at a decent time. We purchased a hugely discounted block of tickets for the game, and we anticipate all of us catching the game together to wrap up the weekend.

The cost for the retreat is $120, which includes one ticket to the Giants game.

Men, this really will be a great time to be strengthened from the Word and encouraged by other men. We're excited to see you there.
