Family Dedication

“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”   Joshua 24:15b

What is Family Dedication?

The act of dedicating children to the Lord was a common practice of blessing among the people of God in both the Old and New Testaments. It was also a recognition by parents that their children truly belonged to God. At NorthCreek Church, we dedicate children for the same reasons.

Dedication is not the impartation of salvation upon a child. It is a public expression of faith and commitment by parents, and a blessing of God through His church. When dedicating their family, parents are making a prayerful declaration of their stewardship over God’s gracious gift to them. Parents are also pledging to do all they can to raise their child to respect and honor God and love and serve Jesus Christ.

Our dedication services for 2019 are scheduled for the following Sundays:
May 12
November 10

Please call Kelly Alexander at (925) 210-9036, or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you have questions or would like the Family Dedication brochure sent to you.

Sunday Mornings

9:00 a.m. | 11:00 a.m.

Children are welcome to join their parents in worship during either service. We also provide children's programs at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. for children aged 6-weeks through 5th grade.

Nursery

At the 9:00 and 11:00 hour, children ages 6 weeks to 2 years are cared for in the Nursery. Please bring a labeled diaper bag with any diapers and bottles that your child may need. The cry-room is located at the back of the sanctuary, to the left of the main doors (ask the Welcome Center if you need help finding it).

Sunday School

If you would like your child to participate in any of our Sunday children's programs, bring them to one of the check-in kiosks in the Courtyard or in the Nursery, before the service. A volunteer will help you to check-in and show you where your child's class is located.

DAY CAMP 2019
Camper and Staff Registration

July 29 - August 2, 2019 | 9:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

ON YOUR MARK, GET SET, GO!

At the Incredible Race, campers will learn what it means to race God’s way – with faith in Jesus and love for others. Each day we will see how much God loves people, so much that He gave us His only son, Jesus, the Savior of the world. He wants us to run the race before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, loving others, and sharing the great news of salvation for all who believe in Him. Don’t miss a step, join the race! It will be the race of a lifetime!

At Day Camp our campers will run through four exciting areas:

      • Small group time, where God’s Word is taught in hands-on ways

      • Recreation time, where there are plenty of games with new fun twists

Camp is available for children entering Kindergarten through fifth grade in the fall of 2019.
