At NorthCreek Church, we understand that your wedding is a very important day in your life and the lives of your family. Our desire is to enhance your day by making available the following services and resources:

Basic Package:
Facility - A clear stage, Bride’s Room, Groom’s Room, restrooms, and various wedding equipment are reserved for the following time periods*: Rehearsal and decoration: 1.5 hours maximum; ceremony day events: 5 hours maximum.
Wedding Coordinator - Coordinates your wedding with the services provided by NorthCreek Church.
Technical Support* - Includes an audio director, up to 5 microphones/inputs, basic on/off theatrical lighting stage wash, and up to 5 hours of assistance, including all setups, rehearsals, ceremonies, and teardowns.
Buildings and Grounds - One B&G staff member to provide up to 6.5 hours of facility support for your rehearsal and ceremony events. (This staff member must be onsite anytime your wedding party is using our facility.)

* The basic package fees will remain consistent even if technical support is not requested. Additional time and/or services will incur additional fees on a prorated basis.

Cleaning Deposit: A cleaning deposit is required to help protect our facilities and campus from misuse or accident. Although we trust you will respect our facilities and our campus, your deposit will serve as a formal confirmation. If areas are damaged, misused, and/or mistreated, your deposit will be used for cleaning and repair. If our facility is clean and undamaged, your deposit will be returned.

NorthCreek Musicians and Vocalists: NorthCreek can provide you with musicians and vocalists if needed. These individuals are on our staff and/or participate in our weekly worship services. They are available to audition for you and/or provide you with song suggestions. Outside vocalists must be approved by NorthCreek Church.

Technical Systems**: NorthCreek requires that our trained staff operate the technical systems.

Theatrical Lighting: If you prefer to have lighting changes in the Sanctuary during your ceremony, a lighting technician is required at a prorated rate.

Graphics: This option includes the use of our graphics/video display system and one trained operator to display your media at the rehearsal and ceremony. Our graphic systems are PC-based. Our Chapel system is directly connected to a single video projector. Our Sanctuary system is connected to four projectors, (2) forward and (2) rear facing. Both systems accept CD-R, DVD-R, DVD+R and USB removable media. The graphics fee is required if the video projector(s) are illuminated to display any amount of media. This includes any words, pictures, slideshows, or movies. Your presentation must be available for the wedding rehearsal, preferably one week before, to ensure that everything is working correctly.

Video Recording: Video recording is available in both the Chapel and Sanctuary. It includes the equipment, technical staff, and a single DVD-R of your ceremony. If you choose this option, your Chapel ceremony will be video recorded with a single professional Cannon video camera; your Sanctuary ceremony will be recorded on a professional Panasonic three 16:9 camera, live mix production video system. Your Chapel ceremony will be recorded with a live audio feed. Your Sanctuary ceremony will be recorded with our broadcast, independent audio console feed, including an additional audio console operator. Video recording at your reception is not available.

Additional CDs and DVDs: Additional audio CDs and video DVDs are available. NorthCreek has the resources to create single copies, or up to 80 copies per hour. Duplication services are available for the media recorded at your ceremony only.

Slide Show Creation: NorthCreek can help you create your slide show if your media is submitted in a digital format (.jpg, .tif, .eps, .bmp). NorthCreek will not scan your images, or export them from other media. This service includes up to four hours of creation, the addition of music (provided by you), and simple on-screen text. The slide show will be created in PowerPoint or Media Shout.

**NorthCreek Church reserves the right to deny the display or broadcast of any audio, video, and/or graphics image if the Director of Communications finds that media to be against the values of NorthCreek Church.

Additional Services: If you have a service request that is not listed, your wedding coordinator will assist you to determine what is available and any potential fees.
