Prayer Ministry
C.H. Spurgeon says, “He who knows how to overcome with God in prayer has heaven and earth at his disposal.”Prayer is a powerful, yet underutilized resource in the Christian life.This ministry calls people to prayer through a weekly prayer time which occurs before each midweek Bible Study.
New Visitor Ministry We all know how it feels to be a new comer.This ministry offers an opportunity to show the love of Christ to those who are new to the group.1 John 4:21“And this commandment we have from Him, that the one who loves God should love his brother also.” To be a part of this ministry and to serve our bothers and sisters in this way is an expression of love for God.
Food Ministry This is a very practical way to serve the entire group.Many of our meetings incorporate some food or beverage items.This team provides a touch of excellence to our group as we desire to go above and beyond in our service to each other and the Lord (Romans 12:10).
Event Ministry Sunday mornings and midweek Bible studies are an important part of our group.But these ministries require countless servants behind the scenes.There are multiple facets within this ministry including sound, audio, setup, and teardown of our meetings.Please consider serving on this team as we strive to follow the example of our Lord (Mark 10:45).
