A Younger Woman at Any Age

  NorthCreek must be your home church, even if you are not yet a member

• Commitments Required to Participate
  Completion of questionnaire and survey
  Interview with Discipleship Coordinator, phone or in person
  Attend one training session, Spiritual Mothering: The Younger Woman’s Role in Discipleship, within the first three months of being discipled
  Commitment of one year being discipled by an older woman
  Minimum requirement of meeting once a month without distractions (infants under 1 permitted); but encouraged to meet more often

Everything you need to get started is just below. Simply click on the appropriate link for your age and life stage to download your forms. If you are a single mother, but your children are adults and no longer live with you please complete the “Unmarried over 30” survey. If you have a question concerning the surveys please contact the Discipleship Coordinator through email, women@northcreek.org. After completing you can email all your documents, if you are knowledgeable in this area, to women@northcreek.org, or you simply drop it off at the church office. Be sure to give it to a person at the desk who will put it in the one2one envelope. You can always hand-deliver your forms to Jen Winston as well.
