Jim is the Executive Pastor at NorthCreek Church and has been at the church since 2007. In addition to assisting the Senior Pastor in overseeing the ministries of the Church and Academy/Preschool, he teaches regularly and oversees the Business Office, Ministerial Staff and IT. Jim has an MBA from Pepperdine University. He and his wife Jamie were married in 1981. They have two sons, a daughter and a daughter-in-law, and four grandchildren who they "occasionally" love on! He loves the local church and enjoys golf (both disc and ball), fishing, reading, and spending time with his family.
