Safe Refuge for Children and Familes is a gospel-proclaiming mercy ministry that seeks to place at-risk children from our community in loving NorthCreek Church homes, where the risk for abuse or neglect is mitigated while also providing the biological parent(s) the time and tools they need to help their families make positive changes.
