Women's Retreat
October 7 - 9
Mt. Hermon Christian Conference Center

It’s that time of year when we look forward to deep breaths of fresh mountain air, quality time with other women, and solid teaching from the Bible. Join us for our annual weekend away at beautiful Mt. Hermon in Santa Cruz, only 90 minutes from NorthCreek!

Our theme this year is “By Faith”.  Katie Willis, Katie Cummings, Lynn Ralston, and Stephanie Cranmer will be taking a closer look at some of the people we find listed in Hebrews 11 and consider what it looks like to live a Christ-centered life by faith.

For any questions, you can email

Young Mom's Discipleship Group

Young Moms Discipleship Group is a program for moms with young children. Young moms will be placed in a group with other women in a similar season of life as you. There will be an older woman who will lead a discussion based on the book Adorned, and Titus 2:3-5. This is a wonderful way to enjoy fellowship, develop friendships, and grow in our faith as we spend time encouraging one another.

FAQ's For Young Mom's Discipleship Groups

Who can register?
Moms with young children (elementary school-age and below) There is currently no childcare available, but you can request to be in a daytime group that allows children to attend. (You will be responsible to care for your child during the discussion time.)

How do the groups get formed?
You will be able to request your top 3 preferences for when you would like to meet for your small group discussion. You will be placed in a group with other women who are moms of young children. There will be an older woman who will lead the discussion time.

What will we be studying?
We will be studying the book Adorned by Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth, based on Titus 2:3-5. As part of the discipleship process, you will be encouraged to grow closer in your walk with God through regular reading of the Word and prayer.

When will this program meet?
Groups will meet twice a month on either Monday or Thursday. Some groups will meet during the daytime and others will meet in the evenings. Sign up for the time of your preference.
  * Some groups will meet with children and others will meet without children.

Where?
  * The groups will meet at the home of the leader or at the home of one of the group members.

Why?
The purpose of this ministry is to follow the command in Titus 2:3-5, instructing the older women to “teach what is good, and so train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.”  We will also be able to enjoy fellowship.
